北京2019普通高校招生外语口试考生须知
一、报名
凡符合《北京市招生考试委员会关于做好北京市2019年普通高等学校招生报名工作的通知》中规定的报名条件、拟报考要求外语口试专业志愿的统考考生均须参加北京市外语口试，考生须在高考报名时选择“参加外语口试 ”。
口试语种分为:英语、日语、俄语、德语、法语、西班牙语六个语种，考生参加外语口试时的语种以其在高考报名时所选择的外语语种为准。
二、口试时间、地点
外语口试安排在2019年4月进行。考生参加外语口试的具体时间、地点以《北京市2019年普通高校招生外语口试通知单》为准。考生应于2019年4月初关注北京教育考试院网站(www.bjeea.cn;www.bjeea.edu.cn)公布的外语口试工作相关通知，按规定时间自行打印本人的《北京市2019年普通高校招生外语口试通知单》，并根据相关要求到指定考点参加口试。
三、成绩发布
外语口试成绩将于考试结束后3周左右发布，届时考生可登录北京教育考试院网站(www.bjeea.cn;www.bjeea.edu.cn)查询本人的外语口试成绩。
填报高考志愿时考生可根据本人的外语口试成绩选报有外语口试要求的专业志愿。
四、其他
如不遵守考场规则，不服从考试工作人员管理，有违规行为的，按照《中华人民共和国教育法》以及《国家教育考试违规处理办法》(教育部令第33号)执行，并将记入国家教育考试诚信档案;涉嫌违法的，移送司法机关，依照《中华人民共和国刑法》等追究法律责任。
北京高考英语口试内容
1，朗读。在考生拿到的一个英语故事上，用星号标出100-150字的一两段，让考生大声读出来：也有的时候，考签上单设一项，印出几个句子专门供朗读使用。此项主要考查考生的与语音、语调、重读、连续。、意群、停顿等。
2，就所读的故事用英语回答问题。这篇故事或短文大约350-500字，学生完全可以读懂，因为凡是中学课本上没有出现过的词，都给注上音标和解释。老师就故事内容问5-6个问题，前面是简单的问题，最后一个问题较难一些，例如：这个故事告诉我们什么？此项考查学生的理解、反应快慢和语言是否正确。
有的学生拿到的不是一个故事，而是一幅或一组图画，让考生用英语描写图画表现的故事，如四幅画：第一幅一个小男孩骑着自行车飞跑；第二幅一辆轿车飞驰而来；第三幅小孩被撞到了；第四幅小孩被送到医院了。考生要用英语讲述这个故事。
3，自由交谈。读完故事或图画的内容之后，老师还会问几句日常生活中的问题，例如，你在哪所中学上学，你的老师是谁，你喜欢英语吗，你将来打算做什么工作等。这一项主要考查考生在毫无准备的情况下反应的快慢和语言的准确性。
4，口语小作文。作文题目一般印在试卷上，但也有时候不印在试卷上。所以学生有时口语事先思考一下说些什么。

* Sally had been studying at an art college for a year and, like most students, she did not have much money. It was going to be her mother’s birthday soon, and she wondered what she could buy her as a present that would be nice and useful but not too expensive.
One day, a week from her mother’s birthday, she went shopping to try to find her mother a nice present. She came across a shop that was selling umbrellas cheap, and decided that one of those would solve her problem, since her mother had lost hers the month before. *
On the train back home that evening she felt hungry, she went to the buffet car for a sandwich. She had left the black umbrella above her seat in the compartment, but when she got back, it had gone! Sally burst into tears. The other three passengers felt sorry for her and asked what the matter was. When she had explained that her present for her mother had disappeared, the three passengers asked her for her mother’s address, in order to be able to send the umbrella on to her in case someone had removed it by mistake.
The next week, Sally got a letter from her mother, which said, “Thank you for your lovely presents, but why did you send me there black umbrellas?”
